why flip the meat in reverse order at 2:16? wouldn't it have made more sense to flip left to right based on the order they were placed. and maybe placing the meat in the same order as the onions/peppers- right most onions placed first but its meat placed last.

When I got trained, they were like just watch me do it. "Okay, go do prep bc it's getting busy." Then I'd do wrapping. A week straight of this. I got let go bc I wasn't learning fast enough. This.. is how you Train someone.

The main ingredient should always go on first after you mayo both sides of the the bread. The meat then cheese. The extra oil and vinegar make the bread too wet and soggy. Onions, tomato, and lettuce go on last. Toppings on top just like a burger should be…👍
